Trim & Soffit

Trim is the part of an exterior people actually look at from the street. It frames the windows, caps the corners and carries the eye along the roofline, and when the joints are tight and the lines are straight the whole house reads as well built. PVC trim will not rot or hold paint problems the way wood does, which is why we default to AZEK and Wolf for anything exposed.

Soffit is doing quieter work: it closes in the eave, keeps weather and animals out and, when it is vented, lets the roof breathe. We install vinyl, aluminum, PVC, fiber cement, wood and beadboard soffit, and we match the venting to what the roof above it needs.
