Essex County

Essex has some of the oldest housing stock we work on. Victorians and four-squares in Montclair and South Orange, dense two and three-family homes in Newark, East Orange and Irvington, and larger properties out toward Livingston and West Orange. Older homes mean deeper soffits, real wood trim and roof lines with more valleys than a modern build, all of which take longer and need somebody who has done it before.

On multi-family work we plan around the tenants. Dumpster placement, driveway access and how long a roof sits open all matter more when eight people need to get to their cars in the morning.
