Gloucester County

Washington Township, Deptford and Monroe are full of housing from the 1980s and 1990s where the roof, the siding and the windows are all reaching end of life within a few years of each other. Those are good candidates for doing the whole exterior in one go rather than three separate disruptions.

Further south and west the housing gets older and more varied, with farmhouses and village homes that need a carpenter as much as a siding crew.
