This is row-house and two-family country, which changes the job. Shared party walls, flat and low-slope roofs, tight lot lines and almost no room to stage materials. We plan the drop and the dumpster before the first bundle arrives, because on a Jersey City or Bayonne street there is nowhere to improvise.
